What is student leadership?
YFC Student Leaders are Christian students who actively love their peers in a way that naturally invites them to follow Christ. YFC teams are about relational evangelism and are committed to living and coaching 3Story®. These teams of students meet regularly with adult leaders to share, pray and discover how God is challenging them to take risks, grow in their individual relationships with Him, and invite their lost friends to follow Jesus alongside them.

Student Leadership an effective way to mobilize students and adult leaders to reach every teenager at a high school or middle school. Youth for Christ provides an ideal platform for those adults with a heart and gifts to disciple others into fruitful ministry, thus equipping students who are desperately in want of discipleship and growth. Students have existing relationships with their lost peers, and Campus Life helps prepare them to make the most of this opportunity and what God is already doing in those relationships.
