Because our strategy centers on relational evangelism, volunteer ministry leaders are the legs we stands on. We desire to raise up an army of ministry leaders who meet young people where they are and walk alongside them in life. This strategy not only takes time but also numerous dedicated Christ centered leaders. We seek leaders who get that so many young people need to belong before they believe.
